Obituary for Cesario C. Geronimo Jr.
Cesario C. Geronimo Jr. – Age 57, beloved husband of Maribel (Mateo) Geronimo died Sunday at their home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Tayug Pangasinan, Philippines, a son of the late Cesario and Leonila (Castillo) Geronimo and lived in Charlestown and Malden before moving to Billerica in 1997.
Cesario was employed as a Mail Handler for the U.S. Post Office in N. Reading for over 30 years until his illness.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, Craig Cesar Geronimo of S. Windsor, CT; his daughters, Marissa and Leanna Geronimo of Billerica; his brothers, Juanito Geronimo of Woburn, John Geronimo of Medford and Marvin Geronimo of Groton, CT; his sister, Elma Geronimo of Stoneham and four grandchildren, Jayvian, Avielle and Kaiya Geronimo and Jackson Friend.
Visiting hours will be held Friday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 3-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at St. Theresa Church, 465 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
