Obituary for Paul R. Middleton
MIDDLETON, PAUL R. – Of Billerica, formerly of Melrose and Everett, Feb. 2. Beloved husband of Charlotte E. (Boccuzzo) Busnach-Middleton and the late Dorothy (Barbaro) Middleton. Devoted father of Richard Middleton of Stratham, NH, Gary Middleton and his wife Karen of Billerica, Steven Middleton of Lowell and Timothy Middleton of Haverhill. Dear step-father of George Busnach and his wife Elise of VT, Michael Busnach and his wife Krista of Newton, Matthew Busnach and his wife Naomi of Hudson, NH, Jeffrey Busnach and his wife Nadine of Wakefield, Diane Busnach and Caroline Busnach both of Billerica. Brother of Lorraine Mackay of Everett and the late Thomas and George Middleton. Also survived by 12 loving grandchildren. He worked in the printing industry for more than 40 years until his retirement in 1999. Paul was also a giving member of the community for many years, having taught Sunday school at St. Mary's church. He also coached Little League baseball and was a Scout leader. Funeral Tuesday from the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Billerica at 12 noon. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 4 – 7 p.m. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Church, 796 Boston Rd., Billerica, MA 01821 or to Lahey Home Health and Hospice, 600 Cummings Center, Suite 270X, Beverly, MA 01915 Late Korean War Navy Veteran.
