Obituary for Philip C. Robinson Jr.
Philip C. Robinson, Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning at the age of 55. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Susan (Cardoza) Robinson and their three sons, David, Andrew, and Kyle, for the rest of their days. He is also survived by his parents Phil Sr. and Joan, his brothers Thomas and Michael, along with many in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Phil was a software consultant and Certified Public Accountant who specialized in the construction industry. His cleverness and wit always got a reaction - a chuckle or a groan, often both! An avid Boston sports fan and lover of progressive metal music, Phil reveled in eliminating friends and family in his biweekly Texas Hold ‘Em league. He enjoyed traveling, and was happiest spending time at home with family, friends, and pets. He fulfilled his many roles and responsibilities with aplomb and humor, and brightened so many lives.
A visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Philip’s name to www.childrenshospital.org/ways-to-help
