Deborah E. Pirrotta-Breen – Age 61, wife of the late Thomas M. Breen died Saturday at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington on December 18.
She was born in Beverly, February 26, 1960, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Beverly (Forbes) Pirrotta. She was raised on the Northshore, having grown up in Wenham, moving to Salem and later to Billerica in 1997.
Deborah was employed at Verizon for 30 years and currently was employed for the United States Postal Service in Boston. She enjoyed the company of friends and family as well as tending to her yard and taking care of her cats.
She is survived by her sons, Ian and Matthew Breen of Pepperell; her brother, Michael Pirrotta of Beverly, her sisters, Judy Jacobson of Peabody and Jill Carroll of Beverly and her stepmother, Marjorie Pirrotta of Danvers and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, January 8 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Her burial will take place at the Fox Hill Cemetery immediately following.
