Obituary for Gerald E. Turbie
Gerald E. Turbie – Age 72, beloved husband of Lois (Niederer) Turbie died Friday at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington after a short illness.
Gerald was born in Salem, April 14, 1949, a son of the late Edmond and Esther (Violette) Turbie and was raised in Salem and moved to Billerica 45 years ago. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was employed for many years at Motorola and later retired as a Technician for National Seating & Mobility.
Besides his wife, Gerald is survived by his sons, Justin Turbie of Lynn and Eric Turbie of Billerica and his brother, Trent Bradbury of Wales.
A Celebration of Gerald’s Life will be held at a later date.
