Obituary for Ernest F. Harris
BILLERICA – Ernest F. “Ernie” Harris, age 64, beloved husband of Susan Rowley died suddenly Saturday at Boston Medical Center.
He was born in Roxbury, Nov. 16, 1952, a son of Barbara (Payne) Harris of Holbrook and the late Harold F. Harris and lived in Billerica before moving to Lowell and then back to Billerica 10 years ago.
Ernie worked in the water filtration industry for many years, most recently as a Service Technician for Evoqua Water Technologies, and was a member of the Merrimack Valley H.O.G Association. In his spare time he enjoyed smoking cigars, riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his many treasured friends.
Besides his wife and mother he is survived by one daughter, Leah Fosmire of Billerica; two sons, Eric Fosmire of Billerica and Matthew Fosmire of Brookline, NH; his grandson, Nicholas Fosmire of Brookline, NH; his sisters and brothers, Barbara McCarthy, Deborah Paulicelli, Cheryle Harris, Jeannine Riley, and Kenneth, Gordon and Wayne Harris; his beloved nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews as well as many wonderful friends. He was also the brother of the late Ronald Harris. Also missing him is his little dog Rosie.

FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 2 – 5 p.m. Relatives and friends
respectfully invited. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans or The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
