Obituary for William Tatten
BILLERICA – William Tatten, age 69, beloved husband of Deborah E. (Sinclair) Tatten for 45 years , died unexpectedly Tuesday at their home.
He was born in Arlington, April 19, 1947 the son of the late James and Lillian June (McLelan) Tatten and grew up in Lexington before moving to Billerica in 1976.
Mr. Tatten was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for Hyster, RH White and NITCO as well as several other local companies and was a member of the Woburn Sportsman Assn. and the Single Action Shooters Society.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Kristina Phelan and her husband Timothy of Hampton, NJ, Kelly Tatten of Billerica, Scott Tatten of North Chelmsford and Kaitlyn Tatten of Billerica; Seven grandchildren, Tristan, Rachel, Xavier, Zachary, Avery, Adele and KariAnn as well as many nieces, one nephew and many great-nieces and great-nephews. He was also the brother of the late Cathleen Tatten.
TATTEN – Of Billerica, formerly of Lexington, unexpectedly April 4.William Tatten. Visiting hours will be held Friday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Assn., 10 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
