Obituary for William J. Ranucci
BILLERICA – William J. Ranucci, age 41, died Wednesday at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth after a lengthy illness including strokes.
He was born in Waltham, March 9, 1977 a son of Deborah (McALpin) Ranucci of Billerica and the late William E. Ranucci and was a lifelong Billerica resident.
Billy worked for several local HVAC companies and was active in Billerica hockey as a youth.
Besides his mother he is survived by his daughter, Lilly Ranucci of Melrose and his son Brody of Dracut; three brothers, Richard and his wife Danielle of Derry, NH, Michael and his wife Jena and Matthew Ranucci all of Billerica; as well as his best friend Jessica Boyd and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Glen Ranucci.
BILLERICA – Of Billerica, Dec 26, William J. Ranucci. Visiting hours will be held Saturday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 3 – 6 p.m. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
