Obituary for Wilber G. Reed
Wilber G. Reed – Age 88, beloved husband of Doris S. (Beausoleil) Reed died Wednesday at the D’Youville Transitional Care in Lowell surrounded by his family. He was born in Lowell, April 6, 1926, the son of the late Lewis and Viola (Mooers) Reed and lived in Lowell for most of his life before moving to Billerica ten years ago. Mr. Reed was employed as a Painter at Lowell General Hospital for 32 years prior to his retirement. Besides his wife, Mr. Reed is survived by his sons, Kevin Reed of Billerica, James Reed of Lowell and Scott Reed of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren. He was the father of the late Donna and Karen Reed and Brenda Wood. REED – Of Billerica, formerly of Lowell, Dec. 10, Wilber G. Reed. A chapel service will be held Tuesday at St. Joseph Cemetery, 96 Riverneck Rd., E. Chelmsford at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
