
Obituary for Violet P. Mulligan
Violet P. Mulligan, age 93, wife of the late Vincent Mulligan died peacefully Monday April 11 at the High Point Hospice House in Haverhill.
She was born in Charlestown, December 1, 1928, daughter of the late Anthony and Esther (Carlson) Uttaro and lived in Billerica for 80 years before moving to Pelham, NH.
Violet was employed as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Merrimack Special Education Collaborative for 22 years where she enjoyed helping the children. She dedicated her life to the care of others, especially her son Joey.
She was the mother of Joseph Savinelli, Charles Mulligan, Robert Pappas, Jeanne Bacigalupo and Joan Curran and was the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Violet’s name to the Seven Hills Family Services, https://sevenhills.networkforgood.com/projects/32044-seven-hills-foundation
