Obituary for Timothy F. Saunders Sr.
Timothy F. Saunders Sr. – Age 73, beloved husband of Lorraine A. (Defino) Saunders died Monday at their home surrounded by his family.
Tim was born in Fall River, January 27, 1948, a son of the late Francis and Mary (Caritta) Saunders and stepson of the late Evelyn Purdy. He was raised in Medford and lived in Somerville before moving to Billerica in 1977.
He was employed as a Printer for the W.E. Andrews Company in Bedford for 44 years prior to his retirement and was a member of the H.E. Fletcher Club in Westford.
Besides his wife, Tim is survived by his daughter, Laureen Campagnone and her fiancé Dana Moquin and their children, Stephanie Campagnone and Nikolas and Cameron Moquin of Hampstead, NH; his son, Timothy Saunders Jr. of Billerica; his brother Jonathan Saunders of NY.
A visitation will be held Thursday at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 5-7 p.m. Tim’s funeral will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, www.cff.org
