Thomas L. Guthrie – Age 95, husband of the late Jane (Rogers) Guthrie and the late Joan (Warren) Guthrie died peacefully Thursday, January 18 at eh Carleton-Willard Village in Bedford.
He was born in Reading, PA, July 29, 1928, a son of the late Charles Guthrie and the late Carolyn (Nolde) Guthrie and was raised in Reading, PA and later moved to New York, Alabama and then Bedford eight years ago. He proudly served in the US Army.
Thomas was employed in the Sales Department for the former American Bank Note Company where he worked for 30 years before his retirement.
He is survived by his daughters, Elisabeth Guthrie and her husband Stan Yankelowitz of NY and Shannon Guthrie of Lowell and is also survived by his six grandchildren. He was the father of the late Philip Guthrie.
Thomas’s arrangements will be private and held at the convenience of family.
