Obituary for Thomas A. Brooks Sr.
Thomas A. Brooks Sr. – Age 84, husband of the late Jeanne Brooks and Anne Brooks died Wednesday at the Lowell General Hospital – Saints Campus. He was born in Lowell, November 29, 1929, the son of the late Thomas W. and Doris (McKittrick) Brooks and lived in Chelmsford, Billerica and Salisbury before living in New Port Richey, FL for the past 12 years. Mr. Brooks served in the Marines during the Korean War. He was a member of the Marine Corps. Club, the American Legion and the VFW . He was also a member of the North End Boat Club in Newburyport and enjoyed boating and riding his motorcycle and recently told his family, 'I had a great ride.' He is survived by his son, Thomas Brooks Jr. and his wife Jean of Billerica; his daughter, Lorri MacKay and her husband Jim of Billerica; his loving companion, Anita Hall of Hudson, FL and his grandchildren, Katie Belanger and her husband Kevin, Tommy Brooks and Danny and Jaime MacKay. He was the brother of the late Lois Curruthers. BROOKS – May 21, Thomas A.
