Obituary for Theresa M. Moorehead
THERESA M. MOOREHEAD - Age 62, beloved wife of James H. Moorehead died Thursday at their home after a long illness.
She was born in Malden, November 15, 1947, the daughter of the late John H. Rice and the late Teresa I. (Powers) (Rice) Adams and step-daughter of Walter Adams of Malden and was a resident of Billerica since 1969.
Mrs. Moorehead was employed in the Admissions Department at the Lahey Clinic for ten years prior to her retirement.
Besides her husband and step-father, Mrs. Moorehead is survived by her son, Robert Moorehead of Bedford; her daughters, Mary Ann Kane of Billerica and Amy Ciampa of Lincoln and her grandchildren, Albert A.J. Moorehead, Michael and Matthew Ciampa and Rose Kane.

Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary\'s Church at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Brian Tumor Society, 124 Watertown St., Watertown, MA 02472. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
