Obituary for Suzanne Bowden
Suzanne (McKay) Bowden, age 63, died unexpectedly Friday May 20, at Lowell General Hospital – Main Campus.
She was born in Lowell, July 7, 1958 a daughter of Marilyn (Hamilton) McKay of Billerica and the late Norman McKay and lived most of her life in Billerica before moving to Dracut 1 year ago.
Suzanne was a well-known bartender working at several local restaurants and was a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks and former member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
Besides her mother she is survived by two daughters, Bailey Giangregorio and her husband Ralph of Haverhill and Steevie Litchfield-Groves and her husband Jeremy of Dracut; two brothers, Gary McKay of Billerica and Norman McKay Jr. of Dracut; three sisters, Donna Cashin, Lisa Kennedy and Wendy Murray all of Billerica as well as her beloved granddaughter Aurora and many nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Vittorio Giangregorio sister of the late Robert McKay and Kristie Duby.
A Celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held Saturday June 4th at the Billerica Lodge of Elks, 14 Webb Brook Rd., Billerica from 6 – 10 p.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
