Susan E. Danehy – Age 75, died peacefully Saturday, January 14, at the Belvidere Healthcare in Lowell.
She was born in Cambridge, February 12, 1947 a daughter of the late William B. and Sophie E. (Survilas) Danehy and lived in Cambridge for a short time before moving to Billerica 65 years ago.
Susan was employed at Raytheon, Market Basket and Kmart before her retirement.
She is survived by her son, Jarrad Danehy of Billerica; her sister, Diane Anderson of Billerica; her brothers, Alan Danehy and Thomas Danehy of Billerica, William Danehy of NH and Robert Danehy of West Townsend and her grandchildren, Paige and Dylan and her great grandchild Finn.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 19 at St. Paul Cemetery, 30 Broadway, Arlington at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Susan’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org
