Obituary for Stephen J. Butler Jr.
Stephen J. Butler Jr. – Age 28, died Wednesday at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Mr. Butler was born in Arlington, January 8, 1986, the son of Stephen J. Butler Sr. and his wife Kristin of Billerica and the late Marie (DiPirro) Butler. He lived in Arlington, Leominster, and Billerica before moving to Chelmsford 18 months ago. Mr. Butler graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in 2004 from the Electrical Shop and was on the wrestling team. He worked with his father and brother at Butler and Sons Electrical in Billerica. He was a member of Triumph MMA in Nashua and was a MMA fighter. Besides his parents, Mr. Butler is survived by his brothers, William and Michael Butler of Billerica; his sisters, Cristina McLatchy and her husband Sean of Chelmsford and Kayla and Amanda Butler of Billerica; his loving companion, Danielle Day of Chelmsford; his paternal grandmother, Joan Butler of Watertown and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Butler Jr. Visiting hours will be held Sunday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 1-4 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation, One Bullfinch Place, Boston, MA 02114. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
