Obituary for Stanley R. Walukiewicz
BILLERICA – Stanley R. Walukiewicz, age 78, beloved husband of Mary A. (Davison) Walukiewicz died Thursday at Genesis Westford House after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Cambridge, January 10, 1940 a son of the late Stanley and Hope (Rogers) Walukiewicz and lived in Cambridge and Somerville before moving to Billerica in 1980.
Mr. Walukiewicz was a Truck Driver for the former Coles Express and more recently APA and was a former member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks and the Teamsters.
Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Richard Walukiewicz and his wife Kerri of Salem, NH; one daughter, Cindy Bilsky and her husband John Jr. of Pelham, NH; three grandchildren, Johnny and Alicia Bilsky and Juliana Walukiewicz as well as his step-grandchildren Ryan and Brielle Lamarche. He was the father-in-law of the late Peggy Walukiewicz and brother of the late Ronnie and Roger Walukiewicz and step-brother of the late Kenny Rogers. He will also be remembered for his love of his late dog Bubblegum.
Funeral Saturday from the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica
