Obituary for Sheila Russell
Sheila Russell, age 49, died Sunday at the Rose Monahan Hospice House in Worcester surrounded by her family after a year long battle with brain cancer. She was born in Lowell, January 13, 1963, a daughter of the late William J. and Jean E. (Wyatt) Russell and was a life long Billerica resident. Ms. Russell was a graduate of the Billerica Memorial High School class of 1981 where she was a three sport athlete from her freshman year on. She was employed as an Electronics Technician for Semtech Solutions and Amray Corp. She is survived by two sisters, Sharon Cameron and her husband Greg of Groton and Sandra Perigny and her husband Donald of Litchfield, NH; five brothers, Keith Russell of Billerica, William Russell and his wife Christine of Port Jefferson, NY, Brian Russell and his companion Diane Capen of Londonderry, NH, Mark Russell and his wife Alexis of Danvers, and Joseph Russell and his wife Suzanne of Tewksbury as well as many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday in St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
