Obituary for Scott Margeson
SCOTT MARGESON – Age 53 – Beloved husband of Judith (Judi) A(Morrill) Margeson passed away unexpectedly with his wife by his side and was pronounced at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on Thursday March 30, 2017..
He was born in Lowell, MA on March 23, 1964, the son of the late Myrtle A. (Scott) and James A.II Margeson and was raised in Billerica, MA before moving to Dracut, MA over 11 years ago.
He graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in 1982 and enjoyed fishing, camping and life in general with his wife, family, friends and co-workers. He was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus. Employed as a HVAC Technician for Denron Plumbing & HVAC in Manchester, NH.
Besides his wife, Mr. Margeson is survived by his brothers, James Margeson III and his wife Lucy of Lake Wales, FL and Kevin Margeson and his wife Autralia of Haverhill, MA. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Kimberly McIntyre her husband John Sandown, NH and their children John, Savanah and Carter; Beckie Tompkins and her husband Steven and their children Chase and Hunter; James Margeson IV and his wife Caitlin Concord, NH and their children Austin and Decland; Justin Margeson of Sandown, NH; David Morrissey and his fiancé Lauren of San Francisco, CA; Lisa and Stephen Desomond of Lowell, MA and their step mother Cheryl Morrissey of Monte Carlo, MN. He was the half brother of the late David and William Morrissey.
Scott was such a great man who touched more lives than most people and impacted other people of whom he met and had acquaintances with. He was loved by all and will be missed by everyone that knew him.
The celebration of his life will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica, MA 01821 from 1-4 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and casual attire is requested.
