Sandra L. (Clough) Medeiros, 73, of Bedford, NH and formerly a longtime resident of Billerica, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, August 12, 2023. She was the wife of the late Richard A. Medeiros who passed away in 1995.
She was born in Rochester NH on October 26, 1949 the daughter of the late Leon and Eleanor (Gordon) Clough. She was educated and raised in Milton Mills, NH.
Sandra was employed at Cooperative Elder Services in Burlington, MA as an activities coordinator for many years prior to her retirement. She was a very giving woman who loved her family deeply and always thought of others before herself. Her legacy of love and giving will live on through her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Aaron R. Medeiros and his wife Jill of Wilmington, MA, Sean Medeiros and his wife Jamie of Billerica, Melissa Peterson and her former husband Mike of Hudson, NH and Tara Cardinaels and her husband Michael of Fremont, NH., two brothers, Greg Clough and his wife Lana of Shapleigh, ME., and Gordon Clough and his wife Annette of Dominica, a sister, Valerie LaBonte and her husband Gary of Pelham, NH., six grandchildren, Jamie, Ben, Josephine, Robert, Alexandra and Ronan.
At Sandra’s request, all funeral services will be private with interment taking place in Fox Hill Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
