Obituary for Ronald L. Chiodo
BILLERICA – Ronald L. “Ron” Chiodo, age 82, beloved husband of Jacqueline R. (Doucette) Chiodo died Friday at the Life Care Center of the Merrimack Valley.
He was born on November 30, 1935 in Beaver Falls, PA a son of the late Louis and Eleanor (Cavota) Chiodo and lived in PA and Cape Cod before moving to Billerica in 1975.
Mr. Chiodo Served in the US Air Force and was a Computer Technician for several companies including Control Data and Bell Atlantic. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening, genealogy and spending time with his family.
Besides his wife he is survived by four daughters, Denise Collamore and her husband Wayne of Pocasset, Amanda Chiodo of Pocasset, Stephanie Chiodo of Somerville and Kimberly Chiodo of Hilo, HI; one son Christopher Chiodo of Billerica; two sisters, Shirley Vostatek of London, OH and Delores Miller and her husband Donald of Beaver Falls, PA; four grandchildren, Erin Ferry and her husband Christopher, Jason Collamore, Justin Collamore and Nicholas Chiodo and his wife Amanda as well as two great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Deborah Chiodo.
CHIODO – Of Billerica, formerly of Cape Cod and PA, Dec. 29, Ronald L. “Ron” Chiodo. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, January 6, at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
