Obituary for Rita L. Anthony
Rita L. Anthony – Age 73, died Friday at the Lahey Hospital in Burlington.
She was born in Bryn Mawr, PA, December 11, 1944, a daughter of the late Donato and Elvira (Ficca) Canazzi and was raised in Pennsylvania before moving to Billerica 41 years ago.
Mrs. Anthony was employed by the Town of Concord in the Treasurers Department for over 20 years prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her son, Michael Anthony and his wife Rebecca of Wilmington; her daughter, Judith Frost of Lowell; her sister, Nina Surricchio of PA; her brother, John Canazzi and her three grandchildren, Matthew, Stephen and Lindsay Anthony.
ANTHONY – Of Billerica, Aug. 17, Rita L. Anthony, Visiting hours will be held Sunday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 1-4 p.m. Funeral arrangements will be held at a later date.
