Obituary for Rita E. McIsaac
Rita E. McIsaac, age 80, wife of the late John A. McIsaac died Sunday at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua.
She was born in Somerville, January 24, 1941, a daughter of the late Blair and Laura (Redmond) Miller and was raised in Somerville before moving to Billerica for many years and then to Merrimack, NH.
Rita was an active communicant of the First Congregational Church in Billerica. She retired after 20 years as a Sales Director for Verizon having started as a Telephone Operator.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Ferris and her husband Robert of Windham, NH; her son, Scott McIsaac and his wife Stephanie of Tyngsborough; her sisters, Dorothy Linton of Tyngsborough and Shirley Sprague of Billerica; her five grandchildren, Katelyn Verrocchio and her husband Jeremy, Kyle Witham and his wife Krista and Abby, Jillian and Meghan McIsaac and her five great grandchildren, Ella, Mason, Gavin, Ryleigh and Maverick. She was also a loving aunt to many wonderful nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Howard and Douglas Miller and Alice Dixon.
A visitation will be held Thursday at the First Congregational Church, 18 Andover Rd., Billerica from 10 -12 with a service to be held at 12 noon. Her burial will take place at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Memorial contributions may be made in Rita’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org
