Obituary for Richard J. Fiore
RICHARD J. FIORE - Age 82, husband of the late Theresa (Zanoli) Fiore died Friday at the Lexington Health Care.
He was born in Somerville, May 17, 1928, the son of the late Ralph J. Fiore and Mary (Langone) Fiore and lived in Somerville for many years before moving to Billerica 47 years ago.
Mr. Fiore was employed as a Truck Driver for the Teamsters Local #25 having worked many years for Metropolitan Oil. He was a communicant of St. Theresa Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda Tate and her husband Chris of Hendersonville, TN and Debra Flerra of Merrimack, NH; his brother, Anthony Fiore of Lexington; his sister, Dottie Maltacea of Woburn; his adopted son, Tom Mullins and his wife Sue of Billerica; his grandchildren, Kimberly Tate and Michael, Richard and Ashley Flerra and his great grandson, Michael Flerra. Mr. Fiore was the father-in-law of the late Michael Flerra.
FIORE - Of Billerica, Sept. 3, Richard J. Fiore. Funeral Thursday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
