Obituary for Ramon L. Fonseca
Ramon L. Fonseca, age 73, of Billerica and formerly of Woburn and Lawrence, passed away Saturday morning, May 21, 2022 at Willow Manor Nursing Home in Lowell surrounded by his family.
He was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico on September 1, 1948 the son of the late Felix and Zenona (Santiago) Fonseca.
He worked for more than 40 years at Baystate Johnsons in Wilmington.
Mr. Fonseca is survived by five sons, Eric Fonseca and his wife Bridget of Billerica, Mark Fonseca and his partner Phil Amara of Woburn, Kyle Fonseca and his wife Sabrina of Woburn, Ramon Fonseca of Arroyo and Ray Scribner and his wife Haley of Georgia; Seven grandchildren Dylan, Olivia, Johnathan, Logan, Jadyn, Levi and Grace as well as a Great Grandson Zaid and his former wife and friend Deborah (Martin) Fonseca of Billerica as well as several Brothers and Sisters and nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Felix Fonseca.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica on May 26, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish in St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. on May 27, 2022 Interment will be private and at the convenience of his family.
