Obituary for Priscilla L. Rodewald
BILLERICA – Priscilla L. (Keane) Rodewald, age 79, beloved wife of the late Richard Rodewald died Tuesday at Sunny Acres Nursing and Rehab ending her battle with Dementia.
Born in Somerville on September 27, 1942 she was daughter of the late Elmer W. and Dorothy A. (Flagg) Keane. She was a longtime resident of Middletown, RI prior to moving to Billerica in 2019. Priscilla was a proud member of the Mayflower Society and Daughters of the American Revolution
Priscilla was a full charge bookkeeper for several car companies in the Newport area as well as at Newport Tool and Die. In her spare time she enjoyed baking, doing crafts and volunteering at church but her greatest pleasure was spending time with her daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughters.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly (Ackerson)Hedly and her husband Todd of Billerica; her granddaughter Meaghan Pruneau; two brothers, Phil Keane of Medford and Paul Keane of Lowell and as well as her great four grandchildren, Nathan, Emma, Abbey and Liam.
A Prayer Service will be held Monday, February 28, in the Chapel at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI at 12:30 p.m. Masks are required while indoors. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
