Obituary for Philip D. Chase
Philip Chase passed away at his home in Billerica, MA. after a lengthy illness.
Philip was born and raised in Lynn, MA. He received his high school diploma from Peabody High after his family moved there during his senior year.
He was a Veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force where he saw the world and gained his love of aircrafts.
Following his service he acquired a job at Logan Airport as a Ramp Supervisor. He worked in that field for almost 30 years with employers including Hudson General and Servisair.
He is survived by his two sons Shaun Chase of Everett, MA., Michael Chase of Billerica, MA., and his cherished grandson Michael Jr. He is also survived by his father Clifford Chase of FL., two sisters
Valerie Padgett of FL., Vicki Salerno of FL., one brother Scott Chase of TX., and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Norma (Hobden) Chase.
A celebration of life will be held at Philip’s home per his wishes on November 10, 2018 from 1-6 at
1 Riverdale Road Billerica, MA. 01821. All are welcomed to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Philip’s honor to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
Military burial will be held at a later date.
