Paul L. Draper – age 79, husband of the late Linda S. (Fienberg) Draper died Tuesday, May 5 at the Lowell General Hospital after a period of declining health.
He was born in Boston, February 22, 1947, a son of the late Oliver and Louise R. (Murphy) Draper and was raised in Jamaica Plain before moving to Billerica in 1979.
Paul was employed as an engineer for Honeywell in Billerica for over 20 years, he later worked for Buckland Security Services in Billerica before his retirement.
He is survived by his children, Jason Draper and his wife Rosa of Manchester, NH and Jillian Draper of Billerica and his granddaughter, Belle. He is also survived by his beloved friend, Luisa Ogilvie of Manchester, NH.
A visitation will be held Saturday, May 9 at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 10-11 a.m. A graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, 130 Andover Rd., Billerica at 11:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org
