Obituary for Paul A Malandain
CHELMSFORD – Paul A. Malandain, age 67, beloved husband of Juanita (Sanchez) Malandain died Tuesday at Lowell General Hospital – Main Campus after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Grand-Quevilly, France, January 8, 1949 a son of Julcienne (Poullain) Malandain of France and the late Andre Malandain and emigrated to the U.S. living in Billerica before moving to Chelmsford in 2005.
He was Carpenter for Fluid Management Systems for many years and in his spare time enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Besides his wife he is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Zawatsky and her husband Brian of Billerica and one son, Franck Malandain and his wife Melissa of Billerica; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Meghan, Gabrielle, Jake, Austin, Nathan and Dustin as well as one brother, two sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews still living in France.
MALANDAIN – Of Chelmsford, formerly of Billerica, Aug. 30. Paul A. Malandain. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. It being his wish there will be no visiting hours and all other services will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
