Obituary for Paul A. 'Bucky' Rood
Paul A. “Bucky” Rood, Age 53, died unexpectedly, Monday, March 25. He was born in Boston, July 19,1959, he was the son of the late William P. and Florence W. (MacDonald) Rood. Mr. Rood was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School with the Class of 1977, where he was also a member of the track and soccer teams. He was a Petty Officer First Class in the U.S. Navy serving during the Persian Gulf War, he traveled extensively while serving his country until he was honorably discharged in February of 1998. Mr. Rood was employed as a Teacher at the Salter School in Tewksbury. He is survived by his sister, Grace Wiencko of S. Weymouth, his brothers, Aaron Rood of Tewksbury,William Gamble of AZ and Robert Gamble of FL and many nieces, nephews and several close friends. ROOD – Paul “Bucky” A.
