Obituary for Patricia A. Cascio
Patricia A. (Murphy) Cascio, age 61, beloved wife of Vincent Cascio, died Sunday at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers with her family by her side. She was born in Melrose, January 8, 1951 a daughter of Catherine E. (Winslow) Murphy of Melrose and the late Charles E. Murphy and lived in Melrose and Malden before moving to Billerica in 1974. Mrs. Cascio worked as a Nursing Supervisor at Carleton Willard Village in Bedford for 25 plus years. Her devotion to the Village community will be greatly missed. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by three sons, Stephen Cascio and his wife Christine of Scarborough, ME, Bryan Cascio of Lowell and Michael Cascio and his wife Colleen of Tyngsboro; one daughter, Lauren Finoia and her husband Jason of Lowell; two sisters, Peg Murphy of Hampton, NH and Kathleen Hersey and husband Dennis of Everett; five grandchildren, Owen, Riley, Michael, Kayleigh and Clara; two brothers-in-law Michael Cascio and his wife Dale of Westford and John Cascio of Lowell as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Visiting hours will be held Thursday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 3:30 – 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday at St. Mary’s Church, 796 Boston Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
