Obituary for Nicholas R. Giannotti Jr.
BILLERICA – Nicholas R. Giannotti Jr., age 74, beloved husband of Josephine G. (Sheehan) Giannotti died Thursday at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. He was born in Lowell, Jan. 6, 1940 a son of the late Nicholas R. Sr. and Angelina (Arpino) Giannotti and lived in Somerville before moving to Billerica in 1968. Mr. Giannotti served in the US Navy and was a buyer for several local companies most recently with Curtiss-Wright. He was an avid golfer and member of the Billerica Country Club and enjoyed spending time traveling with his wife and family. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Nicholas R. Giannotti III and his wife Julia of Billerica; one daughter, Christine Byrne and her husband Christopher of Cumberland, ME; one brother Joseph Giannotti of Winthrop; one sister, Alice Faulkner of Somerville and two grandchildren, John and Gavin Byrne. He was also the brother of the late Pauline Hurney. GIANNOTTI – Of Billerica, formerly of Somerville, Feb. 20, Nicholas R. Giannotti.
