Obituary for Nancy A. Devine
BILLERICA – Nancy A. (Magee) Devine, age 68, beloved wife of John P. Devine, died Thursday at Lowell General Hospital. She was born in Newton, Sept. 21, 1945 a daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy J. (Gordon) Magee and was raised in Boston before moving to Billerica 45 years ago. Mrs. Devine was an RN at Tewksbury State Hospital for twenty years and for the past five years was employed at Habit Opco in Lowell. Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Patrick Devine and his wife Tracy of Nashua; one daughter, Kathleen Brown and her husband Kevin of Litchfield, NH; one brother, Richard Magee of Quincy; one sister Helen Cohane of Worcester; as well as six grandchildren, Sydney and Campbell Devine and Lorelei, Lyndsey, Katelyn and Ryan Brown. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 1 – 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lowell General Hospital, Cancer Center, 295 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854.
