Obituary for Michael J. Copson
BILLERICA - Michael J. Copson, age 52, died unexpectedly Wednesday at his home.
He was born in Melrose, October 23, 1957, son of Leslie Copson of FL and the late Jeannie (Alexander) Copson and was a life long Billerica resident.
Mr. Copson was a self employed contractor working in the Billerica area, was a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks and the VFW Solomon Post and was a loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by one daughter; Jennifer Ernst and her husband John of Tewksbury; three brothers, Jeff Copson of Pepperell, Lee Copson of Billerica and John Copson of Lowell; two sisters Debbie Collins of FL and Vicky Kaiter of Billerica; three grandchildren Anthony Santarpio and Jay and Tyler Ernst as well as several nieces and nephews.
COPSON - Of Billerica, Feb. 10, Michael J. Copson. Funeral Wednesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd. Billerica at 10 a.m. A Graveside service will be held at the Fox Hill Cemetery, Andover Rd. Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 3 - 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jim Collins Memorial Fund for Down Bikers and Their Families, c/o United Southern Bank, 515 W.
