Obituary for Maureen A. Miller
DORCHESTER - Maureen A. Miller, age 55, died peacefully April 15 at the Bostonian Nursing Home.

She was born in Medford on October 18, 1955, and was the daughter of Katherine (O\'Meara) Miller of Billerica and the late Robert V. Miller. She lived in Billerica most of her life before moving to Dorchester 20 years ago.

Ms. Miller was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School class of 1973 and earned her RN degree from Salem State College in 1977 followed by a Masters degree from Northeastern University.

Maureen was truly special, spending her adult life caring for others with complex medical care or rehabilitation needs. Maureen cared for her patients at the former Youville Hospital in Cambridge, St John of God Hospital and The New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. Later, as a Nurse Practitioner, she provided care to elderly patients. Most recently she was employed by Maximus Health Care.

Besides her mother she is survived by her longtime companion Thomas Hoyle of Dorchester; two brothers, Robert M. Miller and his companion Allison Rathbun of Coventry, RI and Paul Miller and his wife Katherine of Billerica; one sister Mary Ellen Crosby and her husband William of Middleton as well as several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

MILLER - Of Dorchester, formerly of Billerica, April 15. Maureen A. Miller. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 am Saturday at Pine Ridge Cemetery, 130 Billerica Rd., Chelmsford. Family and Friends are invited to attend the service and then a celebration of Maureen\'s life. The celebration will be held at the Marriot Courtyard, 270 Concord Rd, Billerica following the service from 12 pm - 3 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G.
