Obituary for Maryann Martell
TEWKSBURY – Maryann (Kling) Martell, age 69 beloved wife of Daniel T. Martell died Saturday March 24th at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones, after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Cambridge, November 6, 1948 daughter of the late Fred A. and Helen M. (Gallant) Kling and lived in Billerica and Nashua before moving to Tewksbury 3 years ago.
Maryann was a customer service representative for Peoples United Bank and enjoyed cooking but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. To know her was to love her.
Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Kelley Celata and her husband Richie of Wilmington; two sons, Mark Ingersoll and his wife Tracy of Tewksbury and Jacob Martell and his wife Amanda of Manchester, TN; five sisters, Karen Goodwin of Billerica, Christine Mulligan of Nashua, Frani Wozniak of Lyndeboro , NH, Lori Fabbo of The Villages, FL and Ellie Murray of Nashua, NH; three brothers, Frank Kling of Nashua, Buddy Kling of Falmouth and Jerry Kling of Center Ossipee, NH; five grandchildren, Anthony, Alison, Nicholas, Brendan and Katherine as well as many nieces, nephews, and her former husband and lifelong friend Danny Ingersoll of Tewksbury, MA
MARTELL - Maryann (Kling) Martell. Visiting hours will be held Thursday March 29th at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 4 – 7 p.m. A Funeral Blessing will be held Friday at St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Brigham and Women's Hospital in her memory, Development Office, 116 Huntington Ave., 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02116.
