Obituary for MaryAnn Smith
MaryAnn (Krygowski) Smith, age 68, beloved wife of Lewis Smith died Tuesday June 9, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack New Hampshire.
She was born in Lynn, MA in 1947 a daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Sobolewski) Krygowski and lived in Lynn before moving to Billerica for 28 years and then to Amherst, NH 8 ½ years ago.
Mrs. Smith attended St. Michaels Parochial School in Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School and the Lynn Hospital School of Nursing.
She worked as an RN for Lynn Hospital, Lennox Hospital, New England Pediatric in Billerica, Palm Manor in Chelmsford as well as several other facilities but really enjoyed spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Itsy Bits and Ouzu.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one brother, Leonard Krygowski of Delaware as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Stanley Krygowski.
SMITH – Of Amherst, NH formerly of Billerica and Lynn, June 9, MaryAnn (Krygowski) Smith. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday June 27 at St. Theresa Church, 466 Boston Rd., Billerica at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. All other services will be held privately and at the convenience of her family.
