
Obituary for Mary M. Bauer
BILLERICA – Mary M. (Bonanno) Bauer, age 93, beloved wife of the late Paul W. Bauer died Saturday at their home surrounded by her family. She was born in Cambridge, MA, April 4, 1921 a daughter of the late Leo and Concetta (Santoro) Bonanno and lived in Allston prior to moving to Billerica in 1963. Mrs. Bauer was a supervisor for Analog Devices for many years and could be found every Wednesday playing Bingo at the Billerica Lodge of Elks. She also enjoyed playing cards on Saturday and Sunday with her family and friends. She is survived by one son, Paul Bauer and his wife Donna of Billerica; three daughters, Debbie Goodwin and Denise Gillis and her husband James all of Billerica and Karen Hovsepian of Waltham; eight grandchildren, Michelle and Lisa Goodwin, Glen and Jennafer Bauer, Jamie and Julie Gillis, and Paige and Corey Hovsepian; three great-grandchildren, Andre Malcolm-Goodwin and Nathan and Natalia Malcolm. She was the grandmother of the late Victoria Rose Hovsepian and sister of the late Sr. Margaret Leo, Margaret Thompson, Anthony Bonanno, Nancy Atenasio and Dominic Bonanno. Funeral Tuesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
