Obituary for Mary S. Cook
BILLERICA – Mary S. (LeBlanc) Cook, age 84, beloved wife of the late Timothy D. Cook died Thursday peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Cambridge, January 23, 1935 a daughter of the late Martin and Estelle (Surette) LeBlanc and lived in East Cambridge before moving to Billerica in 1964.
Mrs. Cook was a longtime Service Desk Clerk for J.C. Penney and then Bob’s Store in Billerica. She enjoyed day trips with her friends, a good game of scrabble, crosswords, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Timothy Cook and his wife Diane of Westminster, Michele Cook-Heffern and her husband William of Clifton Park, NY and Martin Cook and his wife Carol of Billerica. Her sister Nancy O’Connor and her husband William of Cambridge, sisters-in-law Eleanor LeBlanc of Medford and Lorraine LeBlanc of Billerica as well as her loving grandchildren, Kristen, Paige, Carly, Lacey, Jessica, Aaron, Andrew and Brendan and many loving nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joanie Terra, Martin LeBlanc and Robert LeBlanc.
Funeral Monday from the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary Church, Billerica at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 1 – 4 p.m. Burial in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the
