Obituary for Martin J. McLaughlin
Martin J. McLaughlin - Age 78, husband of Margaret "Peggy" M. (Gordon) McLaughlin died Thursday at the Life Care Center of Acton.
He was born in Boston, February 23, 1931, the son of the late Anthony J. and Mary Jane (Halloran) McLaughlin and lived in Medfield and Littleton before living in Billerica. He served in the Army with the NSA during the Korean War.
Mr. McLaughlin was employed as the Vice President of RCA Taiwan and later worked for the William Underwood Company.
Besides his wife, Mr. McLaughlin is survived by his sons, Michael McLaughlin of Littleton and Andrew McLaughlin of Mashpee; his daughters, Ellen McLaughlin of Mystic, CT and Elizabeth Grady of Chicago, IL; his sister, Marguerite Jones of RI as well as ten grandchildren. Mr. McLaughlin was the brother of the late John and Charles McLaughlin.
McLaughlin - Of Littleton, Jan. 21, Martin J. McLaughlin husband of Margaret "Peggy" M. (Gordon) McLaughlin. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at St. Theresa Church, One Grace Avenue, Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. His burial will take place Monday at the VA National Cemetery in Bourne at 1:15 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lowell Association for the Blind 169 Merrimack St., Lowell, MA 01852.
