Obituary for Marguerite L. Marchant
Marguerite “Peggy” L. Marchant – Age 69, wife of the late Albert G. Marchant died Saturday at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading.
She was born in Cambridge, April 12, 1947, a daughter of the late Louis J. and Marguerite (Harlow) Frasso and lived in Alston and Burlington before moving to Billerica in 1975.
Mrs. Marchant worked as a Secretary for the Burlington Fire Department and later worked at the Hajjar and Vining Schools in Billerica before her retirement.
She is survived by her sons, Paul and Adam Marchant of Billerica; her sisters, Carole Frasso and her husband Ken and Lu-Ann Hatton of Merrimack, NH; her nieces, Renee Gilmartin and Katie Sterner and several great nieces and nephews.
MARCHANT – Of Billerica, Aug. 20, Marguerite “Peggy” L. (Frasso) Marchant, Funeral Wednesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
