Obituary for Margaret M. Foresteire
Margaret M. (Walker) Foresteire, of Billerica, formerly of Medford, 96, died peacefully Wednesday at the Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley in Billerica surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Salvatore L. Foresteire. She was born in East Boston, March 11, 1916, the daughter of the late Andrew Walker and Annie (Murphy) Walker. She was raised in Medford and was educated in the Medford School System and moved to Billerica in 1950. She was employed as an Assembler with the former Trump Ross Inc. in Billerica until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Theresa's Church and a former member of the Ladies Sodality. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends and will be most remembered for her artistic ability, sharp wit, and generous heart. She is survived by a daughter, Ann Marie Brennan and her husband Jim of Lowell, three sons, Richard L. Foresteire of FL, James D. Foresteire of Dracut, and Robert J. Foresteire of Billerica. She is also survived by sixteen cherished grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Mary Rose Ford. A special thanks to the Nurses, staff and friends at Merrimack Valley Life Care Center in North Billerica, for making a home away from home for 'Peggy Walker Talker' these past many months. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa's Church, Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
