Margaret J. (Currie) Cooper, age 80, beloved wife of the late David J. Cooper Jr. died Thursday at her home with her family by her side.
She was born in Woburn, October 15, 1945 a daughter of the late Joseph and Christine M. (Lawson) Currie and has been a lifelong Billerica resident.
Margaret graduated from Billerica Memorial High School and went on to a 33 year career as an administrative assistant with the Cabot Corporation in Billerica.
She is survived by one son, Eric Coombs and his wife Cheryl of Billerica; one daughter, Kristen McNeil and her husband Randy of Billerica as well as four grandchildren, Ryan, Kassidy, Alexandra and Madison. She was the sister of the late Fran Erickson and Tom and Joe Currie.
A Celebration of her Life is being planned for a later date.
