
Obituary for Margaret M. Nestor
Margaret M. Nestor, Age 93, beloved wife of Kenneth W. Nestor died Sunday at the D’Youville Life & Wellness Community in Lowell.
Margaret was born in Somerville, November 28, 1927, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Considine) Flanagan. She was raised in Somerville and lived in Medford before moving to Billerica in 1963.
Prior to her retirement, Margaret was employed at BASF in Bedford. The family would like to thank the staff of the D’Youville Life & Wellness Community Commodore Floor for the love and care given to Margaret.
Besides her husband, Margaret is survived by her sons, Robert Nestor and his wife Janet of Chelmsford, Richard Nestor of Billerica and Barry Nestor and his wife Amanda of Manlius, NY; her daughters, Suzanne Nestor of Nashua and Lee Kinney and her husband Thomas of Lowell; her sisters, Ann Melanson of Woburn and Elizabeth Burke of Martha’s Vineyard and the late Mary McKinney. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church and her burial will take place at Fox Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Margaret’s name to D’Youville Life & Wellness Community, 981 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854.
