Obituary for Marc R. Desharnais
BILLERICA Marc R. Desharnais, age 56, husband of Joyce (MacQueen) Desharnais died Tuesday at Saints Medical Center in Lowell after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Lowell, June 25, 1954 a son of Theresa (St. Hilaire) Champagne of Dracut and the late Raymond Desharnais and lived in Dracut before moving to Billerica 32 years ago.
Mr. Desharnais served in the US Air Force and was an HVAC Technician for several local companies.
Besides his mother and wife he is survived by one son John Desharnais and his wife Alesha of Billerica; one sister, Lise Busby and her husband David of Mission Viejo, CA; two grandchildren Matthew and Katelyn Desharnais; his father-in-law Raymond MacQueen Sr.; his brothers-in-law Raymond MacQueen Jr., David MacQueen and Daniel MacQueen; his sisters-in-law Kathleen Johnson, Patricia MacQueen, Joanne Zalusky and Lisa Dionne as well as several nieces and nephews.
DESHARNAIS Of Billerica, formerly of Dracut, Sept. 21, Marc R. Desharnais. Funeral Friday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 10 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa Church, Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4 7 p.m. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, E. Chelmsford.
