
Obituary for Mae L. Centore
Mae L. Centore – Age 70, died Tuesday at her Florida home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Centore with whom she celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in April. She was born in Boston, April 10, 1942, the daughter of the late Lawton B. and June (Clark) Kingsbury and lived in Medfield and Billerica for many years before moving to Largo, FL. Besides her husband, Mrs. Centore is survived by her son, Joseph A. Centore Jr. of Dracut; her daughters, Virginia Webb and her husband Wayne of Platte City, MO, Brenda Centore of N. Chelmsford and Noelle McDonough and her husband Shane of Lowell; her sisters, Joyce Kingsbury of Woburn and Glendine Kingsbury of Acton. She is also survived by four grandchildren and family friend Sadie Rose. CENTORE – Of Largo, FL, formerly of Billerica and Medfield, Nov. 20, Mae L. (Kingsbury) Centore. Funeral Monday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrew’s Church, Talbot Ave., N. Billerica at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 1-5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, P.O. Box 23827, Tampa, FL 33623-3827. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, E. Chelmsford.
