Obituary for Mabel E. Murray
Mabel E. Murray – Age 89, wife of the late James J. Murray died Saturday at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington following a brief illness. She was born in Gloucester, November 20, 1922, the daughter of the late Paul B. and Hazel (Publicover) Newman and lived in Pennsylvania before moving to Billerica 56 years ago. Mrs. Murray worked in the office for Sears for many years prior to her retirement. She is survived by her daughters, Blanche Triebsch and her husband Edward of Pepperell and Patricia Taylor of Billerica; her son, Dennis Murray of Billerica; her nephew, William Newman of Magnolia; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Murray, Sarah Whitney, Michael Murray and Nicole Taylor and is also survived by four great grandchildren. Mrs. Murray was the mother of the late James Murray and the grandmother of the late Larry Taylor. MURRAY – Of Billerica, April 28, Mabel E. (Newman) Murray, A visitation will be held Tuesday at the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held at the Pine Ridge Cemetery, 130 Billerica Rd., Chelmsford at 12 Noon.
