Obituary for Lillian S. Kenney
BILLERICA – Lillian S. (Cuscuna) Kenney, age 86, beloved wife of the late Ronald E. Kenney, died Thursday at Care One of Wilmington with her family by her side.
She was born in Malden, Dec. 21, 1929 a daughter of the late Carmello and Mildred (Cinicola) Cuscuna and lived in Stoneham before moving to Billerica in 2000.
Mrs. Kenney was a Teaching Assistant at the LABBB Collaborative in Lexington, and in her younger years sang with the Sweet Adeline’s in Arlington, enjoyed Ballroom dancing with her husband, bowling with her cousins and was a hairdresser for many years.
She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Sabella and her husband Donald of Billerica as well as her granddaughter Maggie Sabella of Billerica.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody at 12 noon. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
