Obituary for Kristine A Cunniff
BILLERICA – Kristine A. (Klays) Cunniff, age 65, beloved wife of John Cunniff died Friday at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s disease.
She was born in Sanitarium, CA June 13, 1950 a daughter of the late Fred and Doris (Robson) Klays and lived in Bedford and Chelmsford before moving to Billerica 37 years ago.
Mrs. Cunniff graduated from Bedford High School class of 1968 and served in the US Coast Guard from 1970 until 1973.
She was a Customer Service Rep. for Private Health Care Systems in Waltham for 20 years and a member of the VFW Solomon Post - Ladies Auxiliary in Billerica and the American Legion in Bedford.
Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Borges and husband Jason of Billerica; one son, Bryan Maher and wife Nicole of Salisbury; two step-daughters, Bridget Cunniff of Billerica and Jamie Moody and husband Robert of Chelsea, ME; one step-son John Cunniff Jr. of Bath, ME; one sister, Nancy Harvey of Concord, MA and her dear grandchildren, Summer B. Maher-Stevens and Trevor Moody. She was pre-deceased by her brother John Klays of Lowell, MA.
CUNNIFF – Of Billerica, formerly of Bedford and Chelmsford, July 17, Kristine A. (Klays) Cunniff. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday in the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited.
